We offer a 14-day returns policy. Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us to initiate the return and refund process.
EU customers: In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives not as described or faulty. Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.
In case of return, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund is approved and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method the same day. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and the refund too.
